Extra bed and children policies:

• Extra person is charges 1.000 THB/per night included breakfast.
  
• Rooms rate is apply per night for single or double occupancy, except Family Suite (four guests).
  
• Superior Pavilion, extra bed is not possible.
  
• Deluxe Pavilion can accommodate one extra bed only.
  
• Deluxe Suite can accommodate two extra persons (on existing sofa bed).
  
• Baby cot is free of charge.
  
• Children under 6 years old sharing parent’s bed, free of charge.

Booking and deposit policies:
You might be asking to secure the booking by send us a deposit within 24H; the deposit is usually 30%of the total rooms rate, the balance has to be pay the day of your arrival during check-in.

Cancellations policies:

• Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date will receive full refund of your deposit less 10% admin fee.
  
• Cancellations within 30 days before arrival 'no deposit refund'
  
• Early check-out will be subject to admin fee and one night charge cancellation fee.
  
• No show will be charged 100% of the booking.
